Love Blooms is proud to deliver the freshest blooms to our customers. 

If you feel that your flowers have not arrived in the best condition, please do not hesitate to get in touch and let us know as soon as possible. Once we have confirmed that our flower care guide has been followed, we will do our best to rectify the situation in accordance with our terms. 

As flowers are perishable items, their life expectancy is totally dependant on how they are treated. With wedding and event florals, we aim to use flowers that will be at their peak for the day of the event. If flowers are not kept in plenty of cool, fresh water they can quickly die. Leaving flowers in direct sunlight or in a hot (Eg the boot of a car) or windy environment will also affect their life expectancy significantly.

To ensure maximum life, flowers in vase arrangements should have their ends trimmed and water changed every couple of days. Please follow our general care tips, or contact us if you need advice on how to best care for your specific flowers. Love Blooms is not responsible for flower care/condition after your flowers have been delivered.

Personal flowers used for weddings (such as bouquets and buttonholes) are expected to have a reduced life due to being carried or worn for extended periods, meaning the flowers are not kept in a water source. 

The flowers pictured on our website are a guide only and will be substituted if the flowers pictured are unavailable. Your flowers will be inspired by the look, feel and theme of your chosen product. When making substitutions we will always choose the most beautiful flowers available.

As flowers are perishable items we cannot accept returns in change of mind circumstances. 

Due to the made to order nature of our business, if you wish to cancel your order within the 2 week lead up to your event we may not be able to offer you a full refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your flowers have been delivered and there is an issue with your order.
